   Salmon was dry and overcooked. Rice was dry and hard. Had to cut the pencil thin asparagus with a knife. Overall the food was substandard.

   Copper River is a go to for us for Birthday dinners. Tonight it was a little chaotic and unfortunately our busy server didn’t come back to refill drinks and some of the food was subpar. I am still giving a good review because when the manager came by to deliver an amazing sundae and card from the staff for my birthday she listened to my concerns. I wasn’t asking for any compensation I just wanted to share my feedback. We all know everyone is entitled to an off night. She ended up taking a couple items of the bill which was not expected or necessary. We are thankful for always leaving this place happy and will be back again.

   We waited about 45 minutes for our food just to have it be served cold and they never told us they ran out of mashed potatoes, they just brought the dish without. They ended up taking that one dish off our check, but I feel like they could have been way more communicative about the slow service and asking ahead of time if we wanted a substitute for the mashed potatoes.

   Food always excellent. Excellent cocktails. Service attentive, friendly, and helpful. Noise level is tolerable, which is not always the case these days in most restaurants. Notice business and family customers, all enjoying the experience.

   The food seemed to take an unusual amount of time to arrive and when it did our salmon was served room temp. The staff was very nice and took that plate off the bill. The rest of the food was good and fairly priced, I would dine here again.

    Wonderful food, and awesome service The steak medallions were one of the best dishes we have had in awhile. Perfectly seasoned. Hopefully they will keep this on the menu forever!
