A truly unique restaurant and bar , featuring the award winning signature cuisine of Executive Chef & Owner Andie Hubka. Cork & Fork has been a locals favorite since 2013.

Cork & Fork was the Desert areas first wine bar & small plates kitchen, showcasing fabulous affordable wines from around the world and incredible dishes to go with them. In our new location we now also offer an expanded menu along with craft cocktails and a rotating Chef's tasting menu featuring eclectic ingredients and familiar foods done with a twist in Chef Hubka's signature style.

This is a one of a kind, award winning spot for foodies , wine lovers and cocktail fans to come together in a sexy and stylish space with soaring floor to ceiling windows and indoor/outdoor dining to bring in that gorgeous Desert vibe.

It was super loud. Portions are small for price. But what we had was very good. Our server was excellent and service was quick, even though it was very busy. They wouldn’t honor a gift certificate we received as a gift. They said it was for take-out only. What restaurant prefers you to do take out, where you won’t also buy drinks, dessert, etc? Makes no sense.

The devil eggs were pure Dijon. No yolk. So weird. Really set a bad tone.

Our server was almost non existent except when it came time for the bill. Salad was delicious but was quickly overtaken by the saltiest risotto ( if you can call it risotto) The sliders came with just 2 and was more of an app than a meal. I brought my guests to this restaurant and it was embarrassing. They also are so quick to pick up plates before everyone was done with their meal

What a nice surprise Cork & Fork is. Do not be fouled because it is in a strip mall. Decor is funky yet warm/comfy. Our server was friendly and knowledgable-her recommendations were amazing. Love the sharable menu, you will want to taste everything. Make sure to order at least one Chef’s specials.

At least 4-5 entrees were unavailable at 6 pm. No soup and ambivalent waitress.

We sat down to a table that was rocking back and forth and wouldn’t stay flat. Food took forever to arrive and was pretty mediocre.

Lighting is was very cold. An easy fix to use closer to 2400k lighting. Flavors were good overall although the Birriaqueso tacos were greasy and cold. Nonna pizza was drenched in balsamic glaze and very doughy toward the center. Food took a long time coming out of the kitchen and from where we sat, the live music didn't sound good. Sorry, we won't be returning.

Food is very good: interesting items on menu, food well prepared and presented, good flavors. Service is a little spotty, it seems the waitstaff might be inefficient and inexperienced, odd delays for service.
