   burger night is always very busy and extremely popular. And very nosy. Way add a singer to add to the noise? We booked in the Conservatory and were placed in the wine room, beside a table of 8 very loud people. The singer was playing the table of 8 were very loud. Our booking wasn’t honored. We love the club and the staff. But not sure what happened.

   The new Chef Chaz is taking the culinary experience to an incredible level with the new menu in January. We recommend the Cauliflower w/ Buffalo Sauce, Braised short Rib (like butter!) & Chicken Marsala. For dessert, the Granny Smoth Apple Cobbler w/ salted caramel ice cream was absolutely delicious. Our service at the bar with Carlos was excellent as always.

   The quality of the menu and food execution has improved dramatically under Chef Chaz. Combined with friendly and efficient service in an upscale quiet setting, DC Ranch is now one of the best culinary experiences in north Scottsdale.
