The 7,000-square-foot restaurant is divided into two rooms, each designed to transport guests to a distinctive environment. The entryway of the restaurant opens on a “greenhouse” garden, with lighting that emulates the natural migration of the sun. The doorway at the back of the garden reveals the dining cellar, which is comprised of a room length barrel-vault, composed of white brick. The cellar also features a private dining room, comfortable for parties of up to forty people. Each dining room contains a bar for dining and mingling. The restaurant is available for corporate parties, special events and buy-outs, with the garden room seating 130 and the cellar’s capacity at 100.

Overall, a pleasant evening. The primary reason for not having higher ratings was that my wife’s filet mignon had to be sent back because it was overdone. She ordered medium rare and got a medium to medium well done steak! They did take it back and brought a second one, that was perfectly done, but it upset the tempo of our meal. I had the Chilean Sea Bass which was superb, but I was effectively done by the time my wife got her proper steak. The server was great, we enjoyed a nice bottle of wine, somewhat overpriced, but not unexpected for a Vegas venue, and the ambiance was quite nice.

The chicken Parmesan was not very flavorful. The Seabass was good. The mimosas were fair. We were not impressed, in light of the prices.

Went here for dinner. Absolutely fantastic. Attentive, refilled water, and replaced silverware after use. Good was 5 stars. Recommending the gnocchi.

For the price waitress was not attentive. These prices and menu style required a waitress who addresses issues and refills without having to track her down.

Everyone’s food was good but the Caesar salad was way too heavily dressed. The prices on the menu on online were significantly lower (steak was $20 more on the menu in restaurant.)

First time at Crush, and we will definitely be back! Food was delicious, the ambiance was very nice, and the service was amazing. Josue, the manager, added an extra touch to the service with his friendly welcome greeting, checking on us several times, and food recommendations.
