CUCINA enoteca is centrally located in the Irvine Spectrum! Owner Tracy Borkum's flair for combining great ambience, award-winning cuisine and unparalleled service are once again starring components in this latest Urban Kitchen Group creation. Executive Chef Tim Kolanko and Chef de Cuisine Cesar Sarmiento bring their artistry to the table as guests enjoy an open kitchen. The menu features Italian classics with a modern twist, made with the freshest local, organic and sustainable ingredients. Along with a diverse selection of wines by the glass, guests may visit the restaurant's retail area to select from over 200 bottles for dinner (corkage fee of $10 applies) or purchase wine to go. The energetic space features contemporary elements and vintage artifacts creating the feel of a modern Italian kitchen combined with the comfort of an old rustic farmhouse.

What a lovely place. Mathew gave great personal service. The stuffed squash blossoms (fiori di zucca) were as good as any I've had in Italy. My mistake is that I ordered the amatriciano, instead of Mathew's recommendations. It was beautiful. Pasta was perfectly cooked. But instead of spicy it was just really salty. The chef advises he doesn't add salt to the dish, and the pasta was not salty, but the sauce was not edible. I will definitely return here though.

Appreciated that our waitress put together a polenta/ragu board for us even though it had been discontinued. We ordered some chicken to go on our salad and it arrived over-cooked on a separate plate. didn’t feel very composed…. It was also pretty loud and sort of dark. Had to use our phones to read the menu.

Our service was pretty awful. We had to ask for our food several times and each time the server either blamed it on the chef or said that it was on the way but took over 30 mins to arrive each time we asked for a remaining dish

Good food and great service. One of our dishes never made it out of the kitchen so we just cancelled it and they gave us free tiramisu.

We loved CUCINA enoteca! The restaurant was not crowded for a holiday weekend. The service was great and everything we ordered was delicious! A good restaurant for groups.

I usually hold my business luncheons at Cucina E. Irvine. The service and food are consistent and reliably good. Bringing my business associates is a surefire way to promote the restaurant. Good luck!!
