We arrived right on time the hostess were both extremely nice! I ordered the smoky old fashioned (Yum-O) I ordered the special which I forgot the name of, but that was delicious! My entrée I got the lamb Ragu lasagna, hands-down, to die for! Our waitress was wonderful and I think her name was: Lynnae! I love that she knew that I was a fan of Richard and made the experience more enjoyable! I look forward to bringing my friends to this restaurant when I come back to Scottsdale! Five stars 100% Mr. Richard Blais You Have a Gold Mine My Friend! Praying next I get to meet you in person!

Excellent food! Focaccia bread with tomato is excellent as was the salad, pasará and fish! Only disappointment is that my reservation indicated it wS my son’s birthday and it was not celebrated. 😕

Everything we had was phenomenal!! Started with the whipped eggplant & little gem Caesar salad both delicious!! Pesto pasta and bianco pizza next-both were dynamite! Main course got the chicken and pork, both were so flavorful and delicious, cooked to perfection!! Pistachio sundae for dessert even though we were stuffed-it was outstanding!! Kelsey was our waitress, she was amazing!! Already looking forward to going back!!

I had a MARVELOUS time dining with Cala. The drinks were out of this world, my favorite was the cocktail MANGO AMOR!! Highly recommended!!! What an outstanding experience! We sat at the bar and Mike took great care of us-we had excellent cocktails crafted with Hendricks gin and raspberry to start- We split an order of the Cacio e Pepe Arancini and wonderful entrees. I had their new addition of Lumache Norcina with sausage, rapini and a wonderful crema. Delicious! My wife had scallops with added on cippolini onions. Mike paired us with a great light red wine and it was perfection! Cynthia also added to the dining experience by helping us out a lot. Go!
