Best American Restaurants in Battle Ground

Was an enjoyable evening as a conclusion to a long weekend spent in LA visiting our newest 1 week old baby grandson and his family! The staff at Black Angus always try to do their best. One of the waitresses passing by our table had a little mishap and a plate spilt splattering particulates up in the air some landing on my shirt. She was mortified! My wife and I just laughed. One of those things that happens and lets you know this is life! We really like this restaurant and the food is always top

Some friends got married on short notice after thirty years together so we impulsively invited them to a celebratory dinner on short notice. It was also a third guests birthday. On the drop down menu, we called it a "special occaision" but to get special attention such as what my husband and I have enjoyed for our own anniversary last month, I should have chosen anniversary or birthday. Nonetheless, the service and food were excellent. The booth for five very comfortably seated us for light conversation with a view of the river for four out of five. From time to time some other guests were rather loud, but overall, for most of our meal, the noise level was low enough to converse in inside voices. In December, Salty's offered a reward for buying gift cards. I did so and highly recommend the ease with which I redeemed the rewards for our anniversary and used a good chunk of the gift card for this evening's dinner.

i dont remember the chefs name or any of the staffs but genuinely had a blast with my partner, the whole time we basically was talking about the warm feeling that was brought to us by the staff trully magnificent

The food was excellent and service was also par excellent. It was a brunch menu on the snowy morning so atmosphere was nice and quiet. All of us had plenty of food so most of us took half of our meal home but it was delicious warmed up. Great place to eat!!

It was an early Valentine’s treat for us and we opted for the Surf & Turf. The ambiance is great, booth next to the bar was wonderful, and our choices for appetizer plus starters could not have been perfectly timed. So when our server brought in the beautiful platter of garlic prawns, St Louis ribs, NY steak, mashed potatoes and grilled veges, we felt full simply by looking at the delicious fare. And it was delicious! We saved some room for the Berry Cheesecake Bombe and sure glad we did. It lived up to its name. Great food. Great service. 5-star in our books.
