Grilled Octopus was delicious and so was the bruschetta on crusty bread. Our table had Salmon, snapper Steak, and veal Milanese, Chicken Milanese - All Were great We felt a little rushed on a Sundayafternoon after Christmas because we had asked the waiter to delay our entrees because we had some appetizers to finish Other than that —everything was great Highly recommend the chocolate mouse and chocolate layer cake for dessert. The restaurant was decorated with pretty holiday decorations

We got to NYC and had been told about the diner. It did not disappoint. We scheduled a reservation since it was Christmas week. We were seated quickly, and our waiter was happy and helpful! We asked for our coffee to be HOT...my wife's came out cold but was handled quickly and to my wife's satisfaction. The food was amazing, and good size portions. Highly recommend the egg-strami...my corned beef was good, but smaller then the egg-strami. Kids lollipop pancakes were great for my daughter...overall it was a great stop!

We had a party of 7 for the pre fixe menu due to going to the theater. Everything was excellent. The most tender beef ever. Three people who ordered Caesar salad said it was the best they ever had. Decor is warm and inviting and so is the staff! We ate at Le Rivage last summer at a table on the street and also had a wonderful meal and experience.

Second time to NYC, second time to Friedmans for breakfast. Great food although I wish they served omelets. Everything we ordered was great. Great espresso drinks as well. Excellent service both times, this time it was 4 adults and 4 kiddos 9 and under. Would definitely go again and highly recommend.
