- JJamesHertfordshire •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoBrought back group to craft and cleaver for a meal and drinks. 1st the drinks... the rum I had was a generous measure and the best part unlike other nearby establishments was not watered down in any way. The beers we tried tasted nice and we enjoyed all our drinks a lot. The meal.... 1 word... meatylicious. We ordered 4x sharing platters which we were banging (although next time will swap chicken out for more sausage....) and a side for each of us. The amount of food was more than enough to satisfy even the greediest of carnivores and was enjoyed by all of us. Highly recommended for anyone who loves eating many animals with deep flavours and lovely sauces.More infoCraft & Cleaver - St AlbansPrice: Expensive• Barbecue• St. Albans•4.5

Yes it’s expensive but it was worth it to have great service (attentive but not fussy) incredible cocktails, excellent wine, and food which was beautifully presented and tasted fantastic. And the dining room - just wow. Beautiful and such a lovely ambience. I think this is my new favourite place in London.More infoThe NoMad LondonPrice: Expensive• British• Covent Garden•4.4

The music is always a good touch too when we hear old and new songs. We ordered the Salmon noodle bowl which was really tasty lots of flavour and a big portion and the chicken Messi burger, which again is full of flavour and very tasty, however on this visit the burger and chip portion didn’t seem to be as big as previous visits which was a little disappointing considering the price. However if you like apple cobbler you won’t be disappointed with the portion size or yummy home cooked feel. Definitely worth a visitMore infoHard Rock Cafe London Piccadilly CircusPrice: Moderate• American• Piccadilly•4.6

The portion size of starters and mains were generous, the food was fresh and delicious and the slush cocktails were amazing. Was excellent value for money. Service was a little slow at the bar when we arrived but overall the service was good. Would recommendMore infoBig Easy Covent GardenPrice: Moderate• American• Covent Garden•4.1
- MMartinLondon •8 reviews4.0Dined 6 days agoA very quiet Tuesday night in Watford and therefore we were able to fully enjoy the surroundings and appreciate the good food at Jardin. I have never eaten authentic Mexican food before so this was a first, and not disappointed. The chicken wings and beef tortillas were excellent and the sauces with them were a delight, but the "Piece de Resistance" (sorry not sure of the Mexican equivalent) was the Duck Mole. Duck breast perfectly cooked and accompanied by two Mole chocolate sauces, one white and one brown, delightful and delicious. We also tried the cocktails, perfectly mixed and presented and as it was quiet we were able to speak with the owner and the mixologist about the background to the restaurant. As a recent start-up it has its teething problems but give itv time and it will develop into good venue for food, music and entertainment.More infoJardínPrice: Moderate• Traditional Mexican• Watford•3.8
