We Started off with the Smokey old fashion and a glass of wine followed by the Calamari and Oysters as Apps ask for some horseradish on the side for the Oysters Highly recommend the Salmon, definitely spicey but probably one of the best prepared Salmon I have ever had. We had an enjoyable time and our hospitality gem Zakai was a delight. Consider two recommendations: a) offer dressing-on-the-side option for salads. There’s simply too much on the salads currently (and not just the Schererville location); and b) for the wine tasting area, consider putting “stunt liquid” in the empty bottle displays on the wine shelves. Though understandably for “anti-theft”, it makes CH appear that they can’t trust their customers before we even sit down. (Almond white sangria is simply un-stealable anyway. blah.)
