We have been coming on a regular basis for many years, since they opened. We noticed many new faces among the waitstaff (our waiter, Eric, was actually working his first night and did a great job!). Our shared appetizer of brussel sprouts was excellent, tasty and well charred. Carol chose the Chicken Fontina and I chose the Short Ribs. Our only concern was the amount of time we waited for our entrees. A minor point, to be sure. The place was quite busy and the bar was packed. Carol chose the Liberty School Cab while I decided to try the Edge Old Fashioned - a good choice. The entertainment was very good (Shore Bet) - they mixed things up during their first set and we ended up staying for another drink. All in all, a good dining experience.More infoThe Edge Restaurant & BarPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Jackson•4.4

My family and I have been here before so we only have good things to say and positive experiences, and I was celebrating my birthday with my parents and everything was absolutely incredible. From the ambiance and beautiful Christmas decorations, to the service and delicious food it was an absolutely amazing experience. Matthew G, our waiter was fantastic and very attentive to our requests. Will definitely request him again. The food was out of this world and we will definitely be back again! My mom and I got the white cosmo and the lychee martini which are our new favorites. For food, we got the mac and cheese and the bolognese as an appetizer which were absolutely delicious. Then the main course; both my parents got the halibut and I got the 8 oz filet and it was out of this world. We topped off the night with the blueberry sorbet which was delicious! - OTOpenTable DinerVirginia •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoHoliday luncheon with 5 friends in a beautifully decorated and elegant atmosphere. Servers were attentive and very personable. Our table enjoyed the caramelized apple flatbread and spanakopitta appetizers. Entrees were the Sole Frances and Sesame Salmon, Limerick Chicken Murphy, Chicken Milanese, and Petite Sirloin. Portions were large and were delicious. The only complaint was that the Sirloin was tough. The Creme Brulee for dessert was outstanding. The restaurant was crowded and loud but still very enjoyable. We highly recommend lunch at Scarborough Fair.More infoScarborough FairPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Manasquan•4.6
