Best American Restaurants in Long Beach

Over the last several years King's Fish House has been one of my favorite restaurants. I have recommend it to many friends who now eat their on a regular basis. Their fish is amazing, prepared to perfection. Their staff is professional and friendly, and their menu has a wide variety of appetizers, salads, soups, fish, beef and great deserts all of which are prepared to please your pallet. Yesterday, I took my wife, her daughter and boyfriend and we all had amazing dinners. Our Server Jason was one of the best Servers I've ever had. He was attentive, highly intelligent, and had an amazing sence of humor. When we go next time we will ask for Jason. Thank you to all who work for King's Fish House, you are all doing an amazing job.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Parker's Lighthouse, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the stunning ocean view that set the perfect backdrop for the meal. The ambiance was relaxed yet elegant, offering a wonderful mix of casual comfort and fine dining. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was crafted with care and bursting with fresh flavors. I started with the clam chowder, which was rich, creamy, and packed with perfectly cooked clams. For the main course, I opted for the seafood platter, which featured a delicious variety of perfectly prepared fish, shrimp, and scallops. The quality of the seafood was top-notch, and each bite was a true testament to the chef's skill. The staff was attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout the meal. It was clear they took pride in offering guests a memorable dining experience. The ocean view was the cherry on top, as we dined while watching the waves crash along the shore, creating a serene atmosphere that made the meal even more special. I highly recommend Parker's Lighthouse to anyone looking for an outstanding dining experience with great food and a breathtaking view. It's a perfect spot for a romantic dinner, a celebratory meal, or simply a fantastic evening out by the water!

It was a great dining experience. You can get a strong sense of British classic sea-life atmosphere there, a little getaway for LA locals. After dinner, you get to walk and tour around the ship. All worth it!

My wife and I had a wonderful time as usual, we did this for the last 3 years and they did not disappoint. The atmosphere, the views and the friendly excellent service and staff were amazing. We will be back next year lol.

The food was really good but watch for the additional service charge. The pricing on their bottles of wine are a bit ridiculous, you will spend less if you buy by the glass vs the bottle. Generally if you are getting 4 glasses it is more economical to get a bottle since it averages 4 glasses, but they charge $15 per glass or $80 for the bottle.
