Best American Restaurants in Prescott

After reading this review, you may be wondering how I gave it 5-stars. I always give 5-stars to restaurants because I don’t want them hurt by these platforms. But most of this food was not up to par. Something was wrong in this kitchen last night. And it’s probably more systematic. Rib eye tacos had been pre-made and came out less than warm. I had asked that they be cooked medium but they were cooked through. This is how I knew they were pre-made. I hesitated but sent them back. The same cooked through, but cold, meat came back. Tortillas are store bought Mission brand, when homemade ones are pretty easy to make. The chori-queso was also cold. We sent that back. Came back lukewarm again. And cheese was already hardening both times. It makes you wonder, what are they actually making on their own. Now for the good part…the service was very good. Our server Kailin did all she could to satisfy us but it was a losing battle. We didn’t ask for anything to be taken off the bill, but they took all of the problem orders off, and even comped our three margaritas. They are obviously trying to do things right, but they need someone in charge of that kitchen, and not just on the weekends. I wish them good luck!

The meal was excellent and Katie was wonderful and made our dinner very nice!

Great service. Friendly staff very clean dining room. The food was so delish and fresh. I tried the new Cajun salmon with shrimp. Fantastic !! Will be back again.
