Love the east end location, but love this one even more with its live jazz, special branding on their cocktails & ambiance. So excited for Steak & Bourbon to be downtown!More infoSteak & Bourbon - DowntownPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• West Louisville•4.8

Everything from being greeted at the door to our server, the bartender, the ambiance and the food! The Bourbon Barrel Smoked Pork Chop is worth every penny. Kudos to the chef! Can’t wait for our next visit!More infoVaranesePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Frankfort Ave - Crescent Hill•4.7

The food was unique —the crispy fried avocado filled with seafood salad was a delight and the fried po’ boy sandwich was exactly as one you could get in New Orleans! We were so pleased with our experience, we will be returning soon.More infoRiver House Restaurant & Raw BarPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Downtown Louisville•4.7

That speaks volumes considering the amount of high quality eateries we have in the city. Service is top notch - you can always count on a warm welcome and a complimentary champagne toast as you wait for your table. The ambience is what I would describe as “rustic luxury.” The food is incredible - the steaks are of the finest quality and always cooked to perfection. I splurge on the tomahawk ribeye! There are also a variety of of great sides like collard greens and their sliced loaded baked potato. Their cocktail menu is impressive. I love their smoked old fashioned. For a special occasion like a birthday or anniversary, you’ll have trouble finding a better place to take your loved one than Le Moo.More infoLe MooPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Highlands - Bardstown Rd / Taylorsville Rd•4.6
