My wife is Argentine and we enjoy the local cuisine in Argentina every other year. This is as good as it gets without traveling across the globe. The food is 100% authentic. The meats are very tender. The provoleta and chorizo are amazing. The grilled empanadas were cooked on the parilla (rather than on a pan) - we sampled the carne/meat and choclo/corn options and they were perfect. They have a short but well curated Argentine and international wine list, at reasonable price points. Make sure you save room for dessert. The crêpes with Dulce de Leche are divine.
