Best Argentinian Restaurants in Hookwood

Great food, one of the best stakes I ever had. The Valentine's Day Menu was perfect, a bottle of Red Italian Wine was perfect with the shared stake and shared desert. The staff really attentive and look after us! For sure I will return. The only minus was the small room at the 1st floor feels a bit claustrophobic with no views, but that feels cosy and romantic. For sure I will return and I will recommend the location to my friends and family

A gem of a restaurant. A warm welcome and a relaxed atmosphere. The set lunch menu was excellent value, although a starter and main would have been enough. Steak was excellent, tender and well cooked, one of my best ever. The burger is worthy of trying, super taste! The FOH staff were very friendly and helpful. What was also very positive was the extensive range of wines by the glass, so pairing with food was made so much easier and added immense value and experience to the food. Is this a great restaurant? well, I intend to return to confirm it is!! Thanks to FOH and BOH teams, perfect lunch

We hadn’t been to this restaurant for a long time but will be back again soon. The food was all great, the steaks were cooked very well and the staff were efficient and friendly. This was a long overdue catch-up with a mate. The staff was patient (not pushy trying to get an order out of us). The waitress spilled our order of tap water and was immediately apologetic and cleaned up the water. Food Not often that you order a rare steak and it comes out rare. The steak was definitely done perfectly! Was surprised with a spicy tenderstem broccoli. Went down well with the guests. Serious argument about which was better - broccoli or spinach! Both were excellent! Overall experience Not been here for around 10 years and the quality has definitely became better! Will absolutely return to Buenos Aires again!! (not after 10 years again!!)

I had an amazing dining experience at Gaucho! The atmosphere was elegant and welcoming, perfect for our anniversary celebration. We ordered the steak, and it was absolutely delicious—cooked to perfection, tender, and full of flavor. What really made the evening special was the thoughtful service. Our waitress was attentive and friendly, and to top it off, she surprised us with a special treat to celebrate our anniversary. It was such a kind gesture that made the night even more memorable. I highly recommend Gaucho for anyone looking for incredible food and exceptional service. We'll definitely be back!
