The manager, Jill, was incredibly attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly and checking in on guests without being intrusive. Her thoughtful approach made the meal even more enjoyable. Our server, Scott, was the perfect combination of charismatic and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations and adding a touch of fun to the experience. And the food? Simply outstanding. Every dish was a masterpiece-flavorful, beautifully presented, and a true testament to the chefs' skill. We had a boat trip first ( 90 min ) and then dinner. It was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend, best experience ever. Our waiter Mark was very professional and friendly.

A Culinary Symphony of Goodness! My husband and I dined at Echo for the first time on Christmas Eve 2024, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment you step through the door, the ambiance transports you with its modern Asian elegance and soft lighting, creating an intimate, yet lively setting. We were seated at a quieter back table with banquette, perfect for conversation. We chose the chef's tasting menu for two after previewing the extensive menu online. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece in appearance and taste. The dishes made you want to close your eyes and savor each morsel. The fried rice was so special that we nearly ordered more to take home. Giovanni, our server, was exceptional, enhancing our experience with his knowledge and attentiveness. The cocktails, especially the Pink Bamboo for gin lovers, were a must-try. While the meal was expensive, the quality of food, service, and overall experience at Echo justify the cost. We're already planning to return for happy hour and future Christmas Eves. Echo is more than just a meal; it's an event, highly recommended for those who appreciate fine dining.
