Best Barbecue Restaurants in Schönefeld

Everything was fine, but the steak butter was at such a low temperature that it couldn’t melt on top of the medium/rare steak. After complaining new butter was served, but with the same problem. My guess is the butter came out of the fridge. The steaks were at good quality, however, I’ve seen better preparations e.g. at SDK in NYC. I believe the steaks had been sous vide, but the then caramelization was insufficient when searing. Some improvement is needed for that price tag.

On the occasion of my birthday we had a wonderful end of the day with very delicious food (japanese summer rolls, shumai, tokyo carbonara and chimichuri tuna steak) and at the end I really liked the Yamazaki – thank you for that!

One of the best burgers we had during our 2 week eurotrip. Fantastic, well cooked, with a good variety of options. Would love to come back and try the steak as a lot of people were ordering that.
