The atmosphere inside Sophies is charming and cozy. We all started with a cocktail and they bring out hot bread and fresh butter in a little ceramic cup. I love when the bread is pipping hot! We then all had salads for our 1st course. Two had the smoked salmon salad and two the beet and endive salad. All were delicious and very ample. For entrees, two had the salmon in a mustard sauce and two the Seafood Vol au vent , which is seafood in puff pastry shell. It consists of good size Salmon chunks, shrimp and scallops , beautifully presented in a cream sauce. It was delicious! I don't even like salmon and I felt it was extremely tasty! The two that had the salmon filets also loved their dish. The portions are more than adequate!! For dessert we all split the warm chocolate cake. It basically is a molten chocolate cake which is rich and delicious!!!! We practically liked the plate clean. Service was attentive but not obtrusive. I would definitely recommend Sophie's Bistro!!!!More infoSophie's BistroPrice: Expensive• French• New Brunswick•4.7

The Ribwich sandwich was okay… I probably would have liked it more if there was an artisan bread, instead of a plain white bread, and the Munster cheese was a little flat.More infoThe Robinson Ale House - Red BankPrice: Expensive• American• Red Bank•4.7
- KKevinNew York City •3 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe had made a reservation for my wife's birthday. After arriving promptly at 5pm, we were wished Happy Birthday by the young lady who sat us. Our server Haque could not have been more pleasant and helpful. He told us to take our time, relax and enjoy the view. My wife ordered the steak burger, while I got the roast chicken. Not sure which was better, as we sampled each other's dish. Both were delicious! Dessert and our 2 drinks completed a memorable dining experience. Thank you again for such an enjoyable evening. We'll be back.More infoONE Dine at One World ObservatoryPrice: Expensive• American• Financial District•4.4
