- KKimVIPToronto / Ontario •8 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoWhether it's for business or a nice night out, the Berczy is ideal with its more laid back ambience in the bar/lounge and a bit more upscale feeling in the dining room. It's an elegant and beautiful space yet still feels cozy and welcoming. I'd attribute that to the excellent staff who are attentive (but not cloyingly so) and friendly. They remember guests' preferences, make solid recommendations and are always pleasant. No matter how busy the place gets, you never feel rushed. Needless to say, the food is the main reason to visit, and Chef Michael Angeloni and his team don't disappoint. The seasonal menu is exceptional - innovative but not inaccessible - fresh and flavourful. Their bartenders also make a great martini amongst other creative cocktails. There really is something for everyone at the Berczy.More infoThe BerczyPrice: Expensive• Bistro• Harbourfront•4.7

- JJoshuaToronto / Ontario •3 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 20, 2024Noah's vision for revitalizing this mainstay of Queen Street is a resounding success. The interior finds a niche right in the middle of cozy and classy, with thoughtfully designed walnut wood booths, 2-tops, gloriously quirky art, and a gorgeous bar. Service is always personalized and impeccable, even when they're buried in the middle of a dinner rush. The food is hearty, delicious, and has a range of prices for most budgets The menu hasn't changed a ton over the past few years, but its truly difficult to improve on a selection that can feed even the most challenging palate and stomach. The best restaurant in that area bar none, and one of the most criminally under celebrated bistros in the city.More infoPeter Pan BistroPrice: Expensive• French• Queen West•4.6
- LLindaSan Diego •74 reviews5.0Dined on Oct 19, 2024We had a wonderful meal here after the opera. I had the Icelandic cod and my husband had the braised lamb. Both were excellent. The Hollandaise sauce with mine was light and delicious. The accompanying vegetables with both dishes were not overdone. Even the olive bread was hot and delicious. Don’t know why this great place was not full on a Saturday night. Great value for reasonable price!More infoVictorPrice: Expensive• French American• Financial District•4.4
