Spectacular AS ALWAYS at Chama. I worked as a Fed and lived and worked in our embassies in South America Have been in every country in S.A. and I developed a love for churrasquerias from Brasilia, to Rio, La Paz, Cochabamba, Bogota, Quito, B.A., you name it and my favorite of all was Antofagasta. That said, once back in Houston I initially raced to a competitor (Fogo) many years ago. The quality there in the early years was excellent but became progressively worse…particularly server attitude and food quality. It added up to, at best, maybe a three. After my last trip to Fogo, I swore I wouldn’t return to their 66 destinations in the U.S. And so for Chama Gaucho, I ate there tonight….third time in a month. Ten star food, ten star service: Extraordinary salad bar with UNLIMITED shrimp and salmon…(want more? You can get many more helpings) and the endless meat servers arrive at your table along with the endless question: “ Clean plate sir?” You will SATISFIED & thankful that your meal and environment was: Well worth the price. Eat there tomorrow and you will thank me later.

Beyond impressed with everything this place to offer . The food was delicious and so flavorful. The service was on point. I can’t wait to go again with some family.

It honestly was a wonderful experience! I took my parents and siblings so that we could celebrate my parents 25th anniversary! The staff prepared the table with decorations and prepared a delicious cake at the end. Truly grateful!! On the other hand, the food was delicious; however, some of the meats were salty. In addition, the salad bar used to serve fruit and cream to pair, but I didn’t see it. I wished they had it because I wanted my family to try how good it was. All in all, it was a great time and I would come here again! Thank you Casa Do Brasil for making my parents 25th anniversary a memory to remember!

We had a wonderful time at Thanksgiving! We've been coming to Avenida Brazil every year since we moved here 4 years ago. Being Brazilian-American for more than 32 in another state, we heve always looked for different Brazilian BBQ/ Churrascarias/ Restaurants in all State we visit, and Avenida Brazil in Stafford is definitively The Top #1 - Best for our Family of 5 & Friends, compared to any other restaurants, ever! Too much to list here! We are so THANKFUL for all your awesome services & delicious Fooooood!! We can't wait to come back... Yammy! Have a Blessed Christmas & 2025 y'all! Obrigada!
