- CChristopherVIPWorcestershire •69 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoA good friend travelled many miles to meet me. I chose the Ivy as I have been going there ever since it opened in Birmingham and eat in the many Ivy restaurants in London and elsewhere. I trust the menu and the wine list. Today the only things that went wrong were a polite request for the table I usually get or the second best table ( in my opinion). Yet having booked several weeks ago both were taken. When were they booked? Secondly the double espresso arrived cold. It was unlike the Ivy to do that. I have known all the previous managers but not the present one. I must introduce myself at my next visit.More infoThe Ivy Temple RowPrice: Expensive• Contemporary British• Birmingham•4.4
- SSgLos Angeles •14 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 24, 2025Second work dinner here with colleagues who have wheelchairs/hearing aids/invisible disabilities. We absolutely loved our experience and could hear each other talking! We had wonderful service from the team. I loved my chicken wings and burger meal. My sticky toffee pudding was slightly dry/lacked sauce and moisture. It’s non halal food now so we will consider elsewhere in the future if this remains an issue.More infoRecessPrice: Expensive• English• Birmingham•3.8
- RRosieYorkshire •1 review5.0Dined on Jan 23, 2025We went to EN Steak last night to ‘celebrate life’ and our experience was exceptional. Our waiter Marco was possibly the friendliest and most helpful waiter we have ever had and this really contributed a lot to the overall experience. When you go out for a meal it’s because you want to be waited on and treated like a guest and Marco made us feel very welcome. We ordered a bottle of Prosecco and he would come over and top our glasses up as soon as they started running low. For our main we shared a 600g fillet steak and that was one of the best steaks we have ever had. They recommend it cooked rare so we followed their recommendation and it didn’t disappoint. The whole place was very quiet and peaceful and in my opinion this just made the whole meal that little bit more enjoyable. The prices are what you would expect from any other steak restaurant, our steak to share was about £15.00 per 100g and this included chips, salad, sauces and butters to share. Overall we can highly recommend and will be coming back next time we are in Birmingham!More infoEN SteakPrice: Expensive• Steak• Birmingham•4.6
