- NNICKYCambridge/Cambridgeshire •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoAmazing food and service. One lady a bit sharp and needs to have a bit of training on high class service but everyone else amazing. Menu was huge , we had the festive menu which was very good. Wine expensive but great. Would go again and again Had drink at bar after. The staff let it down nut we were still happy- take a long time to be noticed and served then we had to wave them down to pay the bill, too interested in putting cling film over the taps and counting stock ( all 4 of them ).More infoThe Ivy Cambridge BrasseriePrice: Expensive• Contemporary British• Cambridge•4.4
- TTristanLondon •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoAmazing and genuinely hospitable staff. The food was delicious, and nothing we asked for was too much. I can't recommend the Sunday Roast Pork and the Sunday Roast Beef highly enough, and the three-course set menu option was amazing value for money. All of the food and drinks received were excellent. If you are fortunate enough to be looked after by Simran, the waitress, as my family and I were, you will be in great hands and well looked after by a very smiley, helpful, and lovely person.More infoHermitage Rd Bar & RestaurantPrice: Expensive• British• Hitchin•4.5
- DDaveLeicestershire •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoFabulous food as always. Service is just the right level - attentive without hovering. Party ranged from 11 to 84 & something for everyone on the main menu. Highly recommended.More infoThe WheatsheafPrice: Moderate• British• Oakham•4.9
- SSarahCambridge/Cambridgeshire •2 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoWe went here for Christmas dinner. It was a perfect experience. Food was amazing, service was great too. Staff so friendly and helpful. Christmas songs quietly playing. The festive props were a nice touch. I had a raspberry mojito which was so yummy. Definitely recommend and will be booking for next year. We were 2 adults and 2 children. Staff were happy to make any amendments to food which was great. My children didn’t like the starters on offer so had some garlic bread which they really enjoyed. Thank you and Merry Christmas.More infoThe White SwanPrice: Moderate• British• Woodnewton•4.7
- PPaulNorthampton/Northamptonshire •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 21, 2024We ordered from the Christmas lunch menu. Two of us are vegetarian and one is vegan, unusually there were plenty options. For the nut roast you get to choose from the carvery veg and it's all clearly labelled. Veggie gravy, roasties, stuffing and loads of other options were available. Deserts were good too, trillionaires tart is vegan and looked delicious. Overall, one of the best veggie Christmas lunches we've had in the area for a while, £22.50 for 2 courses is good value. First time we've been here in years and will definitely return.More infoSondes ArmsPrice: Moderate• British• Rockingham•4.2
