General Public is inspired by trying to imagine what an upscale English pub would be if it had the heart of an American brasserie (and was open 11 to 11).     An excellent dining experience. From being welcomed at the door to paying the bill and saying goodbye, everything was perfect. The host accommodated us by kindly welcoming us and showing us to our table even though we were a little early. The server guided us through the drink and food menu. She was friendly and helped by making suggestions. The food was impeccably presented and delicious. Overall a great experience and I will make it a point to come back when I return to Toronto. We'll done.

    Gastro pubs are one of the most valuable types of restaurants in the city and there is definitely not enough of them. This one remains incredibly valuable as it consistently has great food and great staff.

    The food and dessert were fantastic. We had Chicken Alfredo and chocolate brownie 😋 I would definitely come here again if ever in the area loved it! The waitress was great, and the food came fast. Very nice restaurant! We had a great time there.

    Went in for a birthday ended up staying until late night. Karaoke was a blast. Had such a great time. Prices are very reasonable and food was great. I ended up eating the chicken Alfredo and it was amazing.
