I recently dined at FIA and had a wonderful experience that I felt compelled to share. The highlight of my meal was the crispy red snapper, which was absolutely delicious—truly a chef’s kiss! The dish was expertly prepared, with a perfect balance of flavors that made it a standout. Equally impressive was the customer service, primarily thanks to Josh, who truly wore many hats that evening. He efficiently ran the floor with a warm smile, seamlessly transitioning between hosting, taking orders, serving, and even busing tables—all while managing an entire section on his own. His positive demeanor and attentiveness greatly enhanced the dining experience. While the food was fantastic, it was also Josh's exceptional service and engaging conversation that made me decide to return to FIA in the future.
