Best Cocktail Bars in Eatontown

Decent bar menu. Prices for beer are reasonable . Service (Julie) was attentive, pleasant and helpful with food descriptions. Music was awesome (N&D Electric Duo). Layout of tables and high top areas make for a nice open feel. Enjoyed this place.

Once we were seated everything was great. Excellent food, terrific server, nice casual pubby atmosphere with an energetic vibe. Somewhat overpriced (as too many restaurants are these days) , and the front end was sort of a mess with diners waiting way past their reservation time for tables to open up. The hostess staff was very nice and apologetic about the wait, but still there should be a better way to manage reservations to meet expectations. Got things off on the wrong foot, but everything else made up for it.

Everything was outstanding. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles. We were shown to our tables and with two smalls kids, we were first asked if the table was acceptable. This felt like a breath of fresh air- to have others validate the concern of table space and comfortability when dining with your kids. Our waiter, Mike, was patient and kind to my kids. He told us about all the specials and drink options he thought we’d enjoy. He told us his favorites which swayed us in to ordering the potato spuds for an appetizer. There was no hesitation after the first bite that Mike did not steer us wrong. Our entrees were cooked to perfection. We ordered drinks, based on Mikes recommendations, that were customized to our celebrations (birthday and new years). This made us feel like Mike really took the time out to make sure we had the best experience possible. During our dessert, another server Dan, stopped by our table to wish us a happy birthday and to acknowledge how well behaved my kids were being. I appreciate coming to a restaurant where we can eat amazing food, have really great drinks, and have an over the top experience. Thank you Mike and 618 for a perfect night for my family.

New Years Day brunch. Bloody Mary’s were tasty and the French Onion soup was fantastic. Had the short rib French dip. French fries were hot, crispy and fresh. The sandwich was tasty but would have liked a little more meat to go with the bread. The Au Jus was tasty and complimented the sandwich well. Will look forward to going back to try other menu items.

Everything was on point The mocktails for us no drinkers were amazing Can’t miss on the burger and the toffee pudding. The bolognese. Hands down. Best I’ve had. And we’ve tried a lot
