- CchristinaCalifornia Central Coast •8 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe had an early dim sum and jazz dinner before going to the Orpheum. Both the food and the music were delicious and I don’t think I’ve experienced a friendlier staff. It was clean and the decor moody, even the bathroom! We are already planning another visit for when we can’t stay longer and not run off to another show.More infoMr. Tipple’s Jazz ClubPrice: Moderate• Cocktail Bar• Civic Center / Hayes Valley / Van Ness•4.9

Spinach dip was delightful- the pita chips were thick and unpleasant to bite into- not sure why. Maybe they need to split the pita horizontally before frying. Cod dip was horrible and fishy. Warm, giant cookie was yummy. Only one of our 6 $20 cocktails were worth the price in my humble opinion- the Salem something. Avoid any of the ones with ice. They need to work on the food to match the beauty of the place.More infoCharmaine's Rooftop LoungePrice: Expensive• Californian• Downtown / Union Square•4.4

We went at sunset and watched the city light up around us. Keep this gem in your pocket for going out with the girlfriends, a romantic evening or just your own self-care treat!More infoStarlitePrice: Expensive• Cocktail Bar• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.4

- BBrianSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined on Jan 5, 2025First time eating at this establishment. Was extremely pleased with the mixologist behind the bar; our server was extremely knowledgeable and made great wine pairing suggestions for our meals. We were seated in the "speakeasy" section, which is a little darker than the main dining area, adding to a more intimate dining experience. The scallops my wife ordered were described by her as "top three" scallops she has ever had. I had the salmon which was tender and perfectly cooked, served with a saffron sauce that complemented the meal perfectly. Oh- and if you are a bread pudding fan, don't miss it- We shared one and wished we had ordered one each it was do delicious.More infoBaxters Restaurant & BarPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Benicia•4.7
