Best Cocktail Bars in Burlington

We love this restaurant. The staff are excellent as is the food

The cocktails were quirky and delicious. Food was unique and everything had a special twist. Good for sharing as you want to try everything. Cat our server was fabulous. She explained the whole menu to us (which was helpful). She got as excited as we were when we chose our various cocktails. Thanks for a great evening!!!

This place is truly a hidden gem in Bronte Village! By day, it's a barbershop, but by night, it transforms into a lively bar. The bartender is a mixology wizard, passionate about crafting authentic drinks. We were thrilled as he explained the ingredients and process for each drink. It made our experience even more special and fun! We ordered secret, off the menu (Dealer’s Choice) drinks and really enjoyed them.

Enjoyed a post Christmas dinner with relatives over a bottle of wine and much laughter and conversation. We all enjoyed our meals thoroughly and were surprised by our server with a warmed oversized cookie and ice cream - she had overheard mention of our recent honeymoon and thought to treat us. It was delightful!

The vibe was energizing hence it’s a bit loud but it didn’t bother me. We’ve been here a few times and each time we enjoyed our food. My fave appy is the beef kalbi wonton nachos. Yummmm! The person who greeted us, Chelsea, (not sure if she’s the manager) was very nice and accommodating. I requested a specific table by the window when I made the reservation and it was actually reserved for us. I wasn’t sure if they read the requests on Open Table but I guess they do. Our server, Josh, was very attentive and engaging. The Korean braised short ribs were wonderful that came with mashed potatoes with a hint of wasabi and some pickled veggies. I never regret dining here.
