Never have gotten a good table but the bar tables are nice enough. The food was great and so was the bartender who was our server!More infoThe Rotunda at Neiman Marcus - San FranciscoPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown / Union Square•4.7
- RRyanSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoFor what it’s worth, the food was amazing, the service as well. This would be my first time going to a nice restaurant and the waitresses and waiters made it feel homey. They took their time explaining the menu and informed me that some of their items on the menu can be served half or full. Even for half I felt satisfied, I peeked over to the table adjacent to mine to see how big the portions were for the full plate, I was shocked to see a big plate of food. The ambiance was nice and felt very comforting.More infoThe ProgressPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Western Addition•4.8
- SStephenLondon •3 reviews5.0Dined on Feb 13, 2025My wife and I had an overall terrific experience at Paseo, dining at 7PM on a Wednesday night in February 2025 in the main dining room. The room was about half full, and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. There was pleasant chatter and soft background music, but, refreshingly, it was easy to carry on a conversation Our server, Maya, was cheerful, knowledgeable about the menu, and very efficient. She helped us select their house made Parker rolls, the night’s special crab cake (to share as a starter), the duck breast, and the pork chop. All were delicious, and the portions were generous. Quite by accident we were there on a “Wine Wednesday” which features many bottles at $36 and others hugely discounted. We chose a Pays d’OC Comtesse Marion Pinot Noir which went very well with our entrees. We were too fully for dessert, but the choices looked attractive. Maya took very good care of us which added to our appreciation of the meal. Highly recommended!More infoPaseo: A California BistroPrice: Expensive• Californian• Mill Valley•4

I had a New York strip and this being a hotel restaurant generally they are not the best you have ever had. My steak came prepared absolutely perfectly and flavorful my meal was very enjoyable and the service was very good.More infoRed Oak Craft Bar and RotisseriePrice: Expensive• Comfort Food• San Rafael•4
