- KKandiceVIPCalifornia Central Coast •38 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoOur reservation was for 2:30 last call for the kitchen was at 3pm. I was not aware that the kitchen was closing so early. The waitress was very nice but to get our stuff out was very slow and our food was cold. Not sure if it was because the time we got there or not. Over all the place was cute and the drinks were festive.More infoFIVE on the HillPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Studio City•4.1
- JJeffrey SVIPLos Angeles •7 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThis was our second visit to the Penthouse--this time on a Saturday evening in the peak holiday/office party season. Although the restaurant and bar area was of course crowded and more noisy than usual, the ambience was still very good, and the service did not suffer. The food was excellent, as it was for our last visit. The good food, attentive service and terrific views make this a great choice for a "special occasion" restaurant.More infoThe Penthouse RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Santa Monica•4.6
- RRyanSan Diego •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoAmazing food, even the bread and butter was some of the best I’ve ever had. Went there to celebrate our anniversary and were given champagne to celebrate when they found out my wife was pregnant they came back with a non alcoholic wine she could have. Dry aged ribeye was flawless and the duck fat potatoes were next level. Finished with wonderful Banoffee pie. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a great steakhouse meal and can’t wait to return. Prices are high but absolutely worth the quality of what you get.More infoGwenPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Hollywood•4.7
