Best Contemporary American Restaurants in Niwot

The food was amazing as always but Spencer made the whole experience next level. When I couldn’t decide between two meals, He gave thoughtful insight about each without trying to steer me to one or the other. Everyone involved with the service of our meal from Spencer to the person who picked up our dishes was phenomenal. This is my new go to place for dinner. Kelly T.

Overall great experience. We kind of got off to a rough start with the host. we wanted to know if they had drinks while we waited for our table all he could seem to say is we have a lounge. We asked if there was a bar available while we waited he said all we have is a lounge. I asked are we able to get drinks he said we had a lounge not a bar. So we went next door and had a few drinks until we waited for our reservation. Then we came back in 15 minutes before a reservation he escorted us to the lounge and then asked us if we wanted a drink! But other than that it was a great experience great food great waiter! I think for a big event we will be back.

I had a business meeting last night and made me look like super man. We had two guest that have never been there before and said as leaving they will be back very soon….Service top notch…..food was out of this world….you can tell the love and creativity that goes into each dish…thanks you sugar beet team for doing a great job and making us feel like family…Duck was amazing…. A culinary adventure and exciting mystery at Flagstaff House! They helped make the birthday celebration very memorable for us and included a lovely personalized note and birthday wishes. The food was incredible and paired exceptionally well with the wine. There was even a crafty “blind wine tasting” that was thrilling to try to guess the wine. The four stars out of five was simply because there were a few items that we generally don’t eat on a regular basis that couldn’t be modified out of the chef’s tasting menu. However, It’s good to try new things and we loved the overall experience.
