Best Contemporary European Restaurants in Encino

This was, without a doubt, one of the top 5 dining experiences of my life; I told the waiter it was the USA's answer to Noma. Unbelievably creative, visually stunning, absolutely delicious food with exquisite service; it should be on everyone's bucket list.

I have been to Vetos many times and love the food. I guest of mine from out of town asked us to take him to a place he could have a good dinner, I thought of Vitos. As always the food was great and the service was as well. What I did not expect was after dinner my guest telling me how he had lived in Italy for many years, and the food here tasted just like he remembered.

The compliments start with the waitstaff, led by Nasisco? (He’s such a pro and been there so long, his name tag is wore in!). They were incredible. Ready at a moments notice, yet never obtrusive. It was an absolute pleasure. The food was wonderful! Can’t wait to get back…thanks a special place with a special staff.

Repeat experience, and it was just as great as the first! Smoked Trout Dip appetizer was out of this world. Liked it even better than the Crab Dip we had on our first visit, which was delicious as well. Lobster Roll is so fresh and wonderful! And we found out afterwards we can substitute the chips for other veggies they have. Pasta with cracked pepper (Cacio e Pepe) was amazing. Would love this with blackened shrimp! Great wine selections and tasty cocktails. Fabulous service and beautiful ambience. We’ll be back. Again. 😊
