- AAlexVIPPortland / Oregon •61 reviews4.0Dined todayThe food we had was well executed and high quality. There was nothing particularly interesting about it, no surprising flavors, however. The mushroom bruschetta was probably the most tasty. The duck was, well, duck. The Petrale sole special was rather dry fish, no sauce. the place is noisy - hard surfaces. The service was slow.More infoHiggins Restaurant & BarPrice: Expensive• Organic• Southwest Portland•4.7

- HHeatherPortland / Oregon •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 29, 2024What a delightful surprise to find this little gem tucked inside an unassuming storefront in Downtown Beaverton. Inside are six charming tables, an attentive chef and staff, and a delicious and sometimes surprising tasting menu. From a perfectly seared scallop to a delicious vegetarian "meatball," the meal was excellent and the staff were so nice. The 70's playlist added the perfect vibe to a relaxed but special meal. Loved that they have a "half glass" wine pairing option. At the end, the eggnog semifreddo with a gingerbread wafer cookie was the best dessert I've had in a long time. The pairing with the Godfather cocktail was inspired. I can't believe this lovely spot wasn't on my radar sooner!More infoDon's Favorite FoodsPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Italian• Beaverton•5
