As a pioneer in Farm to Table, Higgins never disappoints us. Gracious, comfortable service, creative menus of regional food items and fine cocktails, beer & wine offerings.More infoHiggins Restaurant & BarPrice: Expensive• Organic• Southwest Portland•4.7
- LLykkePortland / Oregon •1 review4.0Dined 5 days agoIt was generally a really nice experience. The best thing was definitely the servers - they were super attentive and kind. The kitchen staff was really accommodative since I don't eat dairy and meat. That said, there was so much sand in my mussels. The dish tasted great, but I didn't get one bite without sand. I carefully scooped the broth, since I could hear/feel all the sand on the bottom of my plate. It was pretty off putting to be honest. My husband enjoyed his pork, but it was lacking carbs. The wine was great! It's a small, curated drinks menu that was quite interesting and delicious. If you're sensitive to noise, this is not the place. The ambience is generally nice, but it's extremely noisy and you can barely hear what the person across from you is saying, which is probably why everyone is speaking so loudly.More infoStreet DiscoPrice: Expensive• Contemporary French / American• Southeast Portland•4.7

- MMartinPortland / Oregon •11 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 2, 2025very nice evening celebrating the birthday of a friend. The food was delicious..we had the gnocchi with the seafood , steak frites and a hamburger...started with oysters...all excellent. the staff very friendly and caring. We had to wait at the bar for 30 minutes for our table...which was just fine! We got free drinks for the waiting, a very nice gesture! I would go back in a heartbeat!More infoNORMANDIEPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary French / American• Southeast Portland•4.8
