The focaccia and pesto given to all the tables was delicious and a pleasant surprise. I would like recipes for both! Great food and drinks, very cool ambiance, especially the bar but no bad seats in the house. The fish dishes are always delicious and have inventive preparations and the chicken parm and pasta are delectable. J had the fish special herb-crusted cod and it was really good. The farm salad and calamari were a terrific start. A magnificent filet mignon with chestnut purée and oyster mushroom cream sauce with dijon was as superb as anything you would receive in any super high ended restaurant anywhere. Chef Heather’s desserts continue to shine and surprise, of late a sensational eggnog panna cotta and intense warm chocolate tart. Sous Chef Mike is such an asset. Server Javier is the best there is and Francisco has been mixing some mean cocktails. After 11 years, L’Inizio continues to dazzle.
