Best Continental Restaurants in Yonge and Eglinton

My wife and I are regular patrons of Sorrel. We order six plates to share right through to dessert to maximize our culinary experience. One dish we deem a must is the lobster ravioli. We added grilled calamari and scallop ceviche as our appetizers. Our mains were two go to dishes, salmon and hangar steak. We ended the meal with duo sorbet of passion fruit and strawberry. Couple these dishes with attentive service and an hour and a half later we were smiling from ear to ear and heading home thoroughly satisfied with yet another excellent Sorrel dining experience. Great experience and service. Buratta toast and shrimp tacos were delicious! Wine bottles are decently priced for a high end place.

We went for our traditional Valentine’s Day lunch. Service was amazing!! Food was FANTASTIC and the ambiance was lovely. My favourite restaurant!!

We had a fabulous time. My steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare. Our server CJ was attentive to our every need and always made sure we had a drink. Everyone was so friendly including the host, and the washrooms are private and clean. This is a great spot for happy hour in the city. We can’t wait to go back!

We were staying at the hotel, so the restaurant was very convenient. Ate both Dinner and Breakfast there. Servers were excellent. Food was well prepared and presented. Thank you.
