Absolutely amazing experience, we wouldn’t go anywhere for fresh sushi. The creativity behind eat piece is incredible and keeps up coming back

Nobu never disappoints, and this location truly exceeded our expectations! We dined here to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. We've been to so many Nobu locations, but this one stood out thanks to the incredible service from Damion. He went above and beyond, ensuring every detail was perfect. He was especially attentive and patient when accommodating my son’s allergies, which we deeply appreciated. We enjoyed all of our favorite dishes, and as always, everything was flawless—from the fresh yellowtail sashimi to the iconic Waygu. To top it all off, the chef surprised us with a beautiful birthday dessert that made the evening even more special.

I've eaten at Nobu's Matsuhisa in Aspen many times and at Nobu London. I was hoping that the transition restaurant at Eau De Palm Beach would live up to its name. It totally did. The food was just the same highest quality both in unique flavors and presentation. The prices are, well, Nobu, but I am going here to have the "full monty" experience and was not disappointed. The sake menu has a number of size offerings for each type, which was a bit confusing. We picked a Nobu sake by the glass and, it was amazing. I'll be back when they move to a permanent setting in the hotel and, I am sure it will be amazing.

First time here. Service was excellent and our waiter (from South Africa) was very attentive and nice. Our food was fantastic (e.g. dumplings, pastrami sandwich, numerous Sushi rolls and 2 desserts; both the carrot cake and donuts). Very fresh, clearly all made from scratch and one beer in particular I had, the Civil Society Fresh IPA (with hints of grapefruit) was one of the best beers I ever had. Nothing but rave reviews for this restaurant, service and food. Keep up the great work and we shall be back.

Chef Yana created the most delicious omakase experience I've ever tasted. Each bite was melt in your mouth deliciousness. The first course was scrumptious and each successive bite was just as mouth watering or better than the previous one. The 18 course omakase transported me back to Japan as the flavors danced in my mouth. I highly recommend sunset sushi for their impeccable service, food, and ambiance. Thank you so much for a memorable night and it's one of the highlights of my trip to South Florida. I will tell all my friends to go here for the best sushi ever. #Bellabirthdaywish #Wishcametrue
