Best English Restaurants in Gerrards Cross

This is the 5th or 6th time going to The Crown for lunch with friends. The Village menu is always good value and offers something just that little bit different or sometimes something ordinary that just tastes wonderful. Delicious focaccia to nibble while we waited, petit fours served with coffee afterwards. All just delicious . Plenty of space for parking. We will be going again. Thank you!

First visit to the White Oak. Easy to park. Good choice of dishes on menu. Tuesday lunchtime so not overly busy. Good service, good food. Good value. Will definitely be returning.

Delicious food served in a wonderful setting. Very attentive and friendly staff. We have previously been for Sunday lunch and will return again.

The room we were in was pleasant and as there were only 2 tables of people having afternoon tea it was quiet in there, so easy to chat. The service was good - very pleasant people. The food and selection was good - nothing spectacular but all very tasty, and we were given boxes to take away anything we couldn't finish. The only thing that would mark it down for us was they we were not offered a top-up of tea. We would probably have been given it if we had asked, but other venues offer it without you having to ask.

I brought two friends here for lunch. Very friendly and attentive staff and the food was delicious, hot and fresh. Much appreciated on a cold January day. Good options of fish and a number of veggie options for non meat eaters.
