The Plough isn't your average countryside pub. Booked a table here for a pre-Christmas lunch and catch up with friends and I must say it turned out to be a very pleasant couple of hours. The service was friendly and efficient, the food was hot, tasty and plentiful and the atmosphere was very pleasant too. We all said that we would certainly visit again if we were in the area. Recommended!

Although the management of The Bakery has changed, the table settings and service were still a high standard. There was less choice of menu options, but quality was still a good standard. In conclusion, a relaxing evening with friends.
