Felt like a classic neighborhood San Francisco restaurant. Would definitely come back.More infoRose's CafePrice: Moderate• Californian• Marina / Cow Hollow / Presidio•4.8
- SSherrieSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 28, 2024We had a lovely experience, from being accommodated on our early arrival to having excellent suggestions regarding food and wine by our knowledgeable and charming server Flo. The atmosphere was warm and cozy and our food (including Escargots, Hanger steak, Coq au Vin, Floating Island) was delectable. I’m so glad we found L’Ardoise Bistro. We will make this a regular stop when visiting our daughter in San Francisco.More infoL'ArdoisePrice: Expensive• French• The Castro•4.9
- MMarkeSan Francisco Bay Area •4 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 22, 2024We had a terrific experience dining in our new neighborhood French spot, which just started serving dinner. The night was cold and stormy, so soupe à l'oignon, roasted lamb shank (incredible), and a solid boeuf bourguignon were just the ticket. The wine pairing was lovely, and the service very friendly and unobtrusive. Can't wait to go back.More infoBistro La ChaumièrePrice: Expensive• French• North Panhandle / USF•4.5
