We both had the grilled salmon salad and the salads were outstanding. . Service was attentive but not intrusive. We had a drink at the bar beforehand and the bartender advised us on some good wine choices. It was a great evening.

La Merise is always very nice, their wine pours are very generous and it feels like a little piece of Europe. But the Trout last night was incredibly delicious! It is served covered with the heavenly gremolaud sauce on a bed of brown rice and veggies. You should have it, its is absolutely divine! However, I would recommend a little better play list. The Christmas music is great but could be more charming and lovely, rather than ordinary. Thank you, La Merise!
