We are passionate about using the freshest, most wholesome ingredients available, sourcing our food from local farms and suppliers when seasonably available. Our menus change with each season and we continually offer unique specials. During the day, we offer a variety of the freshest, most flavorful sandwiches on our ciabatta bread baked fresh daily. Our salads and soups are made from scratch. We LOVE this restaurant within The Citizen Hotel, Autograph Collection. The ingredients are all fresh and well prepared and presented. Very tasty food. Excellent service!!! Are two brunches here. Wow! How to make a choice. Something for everyone. The Breakfast Burger is to die for. Smoked chicken hash- oh yeah!! Love the modern industrial using antiques but warm colors and feels cozy. The Grange is our “go to” Sacramento restaurant whether we are staying at The Citizen or hot.

So fantastic!! Went for 4th Anniversary. Got to sit at a special table. Menu said Happy Anniversay at the top. Michael, the Manager, was very welcoming, and Damian, our Server, was on top of everything without being intrusive. Steak and scallops were AMAZING!!! Definitely will be back.

Paragary's has been a family tradition for special occasions (as well as casual dining) because of their excellence for decades. Tonight was my father's 96th birthday, the first birthday without the 'love of his life' (mom, married almost 70 years passed in June). We went to celebrate both his birth and the many treasured times we shared. Our server was as sweet as can be, knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. Our food was outstanding and dad's special birthday desert delicious. We will continue to share our special times at Paragary's.
