- DDebraDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoDining at the Populus Hotel was a unique experience from the mushroom “leather” sheets hanging above the bar to the ambience forest sounds playing in the elevator. the food was incredibly delicious and the personnel were very friendly but authentic in their manner of serving. I was fascinated watching the actual hotel guests walk in and out. It was a hotel filled with interesting people. We had appetizers and drinks below at Pasque and then went to the other restaurant, Stellar Jay on the roof and continued our dinner. The food in both places was excellent, the wood smoked quality that many restaurants boast about in Denver was better actualizad at these two restaurants and gave the restaurants a welcoming sweet Smokey smell. I even loved the staff uniforms.More infoPasquePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Denver•4.5
