- MMollyToronto / Ontario •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoWent here for the Valentines prix fixe menu- three courses for $85 / person (plus drinks and truffle fries- don’t sleep on those!) La Plume was able to seat us earlier which we appreciated! We were in the upper dining room area which still felt cozy and intimate enough despite being fairly open. I had the burrata with beets and radicchio, which was a great first bite. Then the duck breast for my main. This was the real star. The duck was perfectly cooked to medium rare and I loved the puree of celeriac and lentils du puy. For drinks the bonbon cocktail set a very high standard! My partner liked the Plume old fashioned. He ordered lobster rigatoni, tasty but portion wise for him it might not have been enough. I was definitely full after dessert-baba au rhum- which is a cute vanilla rum soaked cake. Overall the service was incredibly attentive and both waiters who took care of us were extremely friendly, polite and made us feel comfortable. I recommend highly for a date night dinner.More infoLa PlumePrice: Very Expensive• French• King West•4.5
- TTiffanyToronto / Ontario •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoFrom the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was perfect. Our server Kenny was wonderful, he was informative and entertaining. All the dishes were fantastic. It’s a beautiful space. We had the Valentine Day fixed menu and it was the greatest steak I’ve ever had in my life. I will absolutely be back to try more from the regular menu. Bravo Lapinou.More infoLapinouPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary French• King West•4.4
- DDavidToronto / Ontario •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoVery French, skillfully decorated. Small room - only 10 tables - but not crammed too close. Noisy if you're hard of hearing; sound comes from people having a good time, not house music. Valentines Day fixed menu had plenty of delicious choices. 4 courses for $98 was very reasonable. Servings were generous, imaginative and nicely presented. Servers were helpful and attentive; allergy question handled nicely. Quite a young crowd, it seems. Certainly would come back.More infoLe BaratinPrice: Expensive• French• Parkdale•4.8
- JJeansallyVIPToronto / Ontario •14 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoA Fantastic Dining Experience from Start to Finish! We started with Oysters and Fish crudo that were beautifully presented and packed with flavor, setting the stage for the rest of the meal. Plus a glass of champagne. The second course - Kaizen toast and octopus salad was equally delicious. The main which was steak was cooked to perfection, full of rich flavors, and absolutely perfect. The truffle fries and cucumber salad were also delish. And when the Pandan cake arrived, and it was the perfect sweet ending to our meal. Our server Steve was outstanding - attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The entire team, including Assistant General Manager Alex were amazing. Overall, it was a fantastic evening, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service!More infoJade YorkvillePrice: Expensive• Asian• Yorkville•4.7
