- OTOpenTable DinerSan Francisco Bay Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoFantastic restaurant; the food is excellent and doesn’t get the hype it deserves. Onion tart; little gem salad; mussels; frites; salmon tartare and steak were all excellent. Service is excellent and the interior is really well done.More infoLe Parc BistrobarPrice: Moderate• French• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.8

We started with appetizers which consisted of the escargot, oysters, and salad. All quite delicious. We ordered bread to dip into the garlic sauce from the escargot a recommendation. Entrees consisted of delicious chicken and three entrees of sole mangiere over a bed of spinach. We had to have the truffle frees tow orders again delicious! The wine of Sauvignon blanc was delicious Desserts were two orders of pot de creme with butterscotch Great find for our first time eating here!More infoBon DelirePrice: Expensive• French• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.6
- HHoyleVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •73 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThis is our go to place when we have the opera or concert. Used to alternate between Absinthe and Monsieur Benjamin, but the latter is sadly no more. We can always expect very cozy, Paris-like atmosphere at Absinthe, as well as wonderful personalized service and outstanding food. We usually start with the oysters which are truly outstanding - fresh and tasty with wonderful sauce on the side. Their French onion soup is authentic and wonderful. The escargot appetizer is wonderful and creative, and the main courses - scallops (wife) and boef bourgignon with sweetbreads are always delicious. This restaurant is a San Francisco treasure.More infoAbsinthe Brasserie and Bar - SFPrice: Expensive• French• Civic Center / Hayes Valley / Van Ness•4.8
- KKathrynSan Francisco Bay Area •13 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThe goat cheese salad with beets was excellent. A great dressing. Followed by mussels in an excellent lemony broth. The tarte citron for dessert was good also. Our waiter was so nice and accommodating. Would definitely go back..they also offer a great happy hour.More infoLe CentralPrice: Expensive• French• Downtown / Union Square•4.7
- MMylesVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •6 reviews5.0Dined on Feb 18, 2025The food was all excellent. This place is tiny, and for some reason, there was a 35-minute gap between our starters and main courses. The server was aware of the delay (it affected several tables) and comped us a nice glass of wine. I would certainly return.More infoBouchePrice: Expensive• French• Downtown / Union Square•4.6
