- MMarcNew York City •217 reviews4.0Dined 4 days agoThis was our first experience with the new ownership group, and, as they say in baseball, they've lost a few miles off their fastballs. The menu is the same, but the food isn't quite as good. We live 40 minutes away and have always looked forward to making the trek to Brewster because we knew that this was one of the finest restaurants in the Lower Hudson Valley, but if our latest experience is representative, The Arch has dropped a notch. For example, the sauce for the Beef Wellington was overly salty, the orange sauce for the excellent duck was a tad too sweet, and the chocolate soufflés hardly tasted of chocolate. Service was impeccable, as always, and the staff are very friendly. The place looks beautiful.More infoThe ArchPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary French• Brewster•4.4
- BBassguyNew York City •7 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoThis was a lunchtime visit. Food, as expected based on prior visits, was very good. Service was attentive and professional. This restaurant has a very welcoming and attractive decor. At previous visits for dinner the noise level was at times an issue. Today, at lunch it was fine. This restaurant has been a welcome addition to Ridgefield.More infoBrasserie Saint Germain - RidgefieldPrice: Expensive• French• Ridgefield•4.7
