Best French Restaurants in New Cross

At first when I was looking for the restaurant I thought it was a bit strange it was in the middle of a park, but once you get there it's a cosy environment, and the staff are lovely. There's a board with the menu most the dishes seem to be shared dishes we got one starter the scallops this dish was superb in everyway. Then the mains and the portion is large we went for the duck it can out in 2 different ways and both appealing to the mouth. I would definitely come back here the food is worth while as well as the ambience.

Went for a team Xmas lunch. Great experience overall. Service was good and the Xmas menu choices were also something a little different - all very well executed and tasty!!

We had a table booked for 7.00pm and were lucky to be seated by the window with a fantastic view of Tower Bridge and The Shard. Having been to 14 Hills previously we know that the restaurant is beautifully decorated and added to this were some lovely Christmas decorations. I ordered the Sea Bream, which was outstanding. My partner ordered the Turkey dinner but unfortunately his food was luke warm and the meat quite tough. He complained and was offered an alternative which was quickly brought to our table. Overall an enjoyable evening and thankfully the complaint was dealt with quickly and professionally. Would definitely go back.

We had a fabulous meal from the Xmas set menu. All dishes were very good and to a very high standard. The restaurant was very very busy so congratulations to the chefs, please pass on diners thanks to the kitchen at this busy time.
