- AAndrewDetroit / Eastern Michigan •16 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoMarseille is our favorite French restaurant in NYC and I consider it one of my top 3 restaurants overall. After we decided to come to NYC it was the first reservation we made after the plane tickets. The service from our server Ryan was excellent! From his wine recommendation to his food recommendations he was spot on. The escargot and duck confit were absolutely amazing. The steak tartare special was a perfect blend of the beef and seasonings. My go to main course is the bouillabaisse for 1. The broth is delicate and perfectly seasoned. The fish and shellfish were plentiful and cooked to perfection! The bouillabaisse from Marseille is the one I compare ALL other restaurants bouillabaisse too. We capped off our meal with the French apple tart, which was the perfect end to a wonderful meal.More infoMarseillePrice: Moderate• French• Theater District•4.6
