- RRonaldVIPLos Angeles •6 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe celebrated my friend's birthday on Tuesday evening. The entire experience was an amazing surprise. The view of the San Diego skyline was marvelous; the service was experienced and efficient and the food delicious. If I have one negative, it is that they add a 4% service charge to the bill. I was prepared to leave a 25% tip until I saw the 4% service charge on my bill. Then I decided to leave 21% instead. However, I highly recommend Mr. A's for any special occasion - it is truly a wonderful restaurant. I just deal with the services charge accordingly.More infoMister A'sPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary French / American• Downtown•4.8
