Best Fusion Restaurants in Aria Hotel & Casino

Of course I went for the Ube french toast. It did NOT disappoint! Absolutely delicious, and I nearly finished it! I also had decaf coffee and it's some of the best decaf I've had in a restaurant. My waiter was wonderful and it was a fabulous experience! I will absolutely visit again.

FUN EXPERIENCE! Go in with an open mind and a willingness to explore! Weird to give pitch black dining room 5* for "ambience" but it is exactly that. Staff and service is excellent. They help you navigate a meal in the dark. Be prepared to expand touch and taste and smell and texture and temperature in ways you may not expect. The meal is delicious!

We celebrated our anniversary here! Amazing cocktails and food! Claudia was a great server she was friendly and very knowledgeable on the cocktails.The chocolate cake is a must!!!!
